I seriously doubt there has been a single piece of information to come out about GW2 in the last year (starting with Mike O’Brien’s blog post in April of 2010) that I have missed, and I have to say that some of the most effective and favorable “advertising” of their game has come out of the most recent Fanday, and all of the blog posts, videos, and screen shots associated with it. I don’t know what the financial cost of that was for ArenaNet but, I have to say, “money well spent.”
I also think it was really great having the third voice as part of your podcast (just a nice mix) and the fact that it was the very familiar voice of Tigerfeet was awesome. It sounded like there were some technical issues with her mic but, that is a minor problem which I’m sure can be worked out. I just really enjoyed listening to you folks talk about GW2 once again, and I’m really looking forward to the summer convention season and all the news we should hear about then.
BTW, I checked out GW2Beast.com for the first time after listening to this podcast… that’s actually a very nicely organized and good looking fansite. It’s clear that it’s *new* and look like they are just getting started really but, I’ve added them to my circle of regular stops for news and commentary on the game. Whoever is running the site obviously has some great enthusiasm and some excellent web skills as well. Worth checking out…
